Who we are, what we do

Your growth is our passion

As a boy, I grew up on 'the farm'. I learnt quick that nothing come easy and that you don't get anything you don't work hard for. Throughout the journey of life, I have approached every task, opportunity and goal with the same mentality I had when I was a young boy on the farm. Now, my mission is to introduce that philosophy as the Fundamental Athletic Reform Movement, to aspiring young student athletes from all walks of life.

Our mission is to help them understand that striving for success without hard work is like trying to harvest where you haven't planted. I have grown The FARM and have seen the world as a professional in the sport of basketball, and it is my purpose in life to assist student athletes in discovering their underlapped academic and athletic ability. By planting the seeds of knowledge and providing them with opportunities to develop their skills, they too will be equipped to grow their future.

Our programs are delivered by an elite team of highly educated, experienced, professionals coaches and athletes who serve as ambassadors on The FARM. They bring with them years of experience, both as professionals and masters of the mental tenacity it takes to become a career athlete.

ABOUT THE FARM

At The FARM, nothing comes easy. We work hard for everything and we earn what we set out to achieve. We push our athletes to strive for success through hard work, dedication, and perseverance. The FARM implements the Fundamental Athletic Reform Movement and is dedicated to provided youth with the fundamental physical and mental training needed to reach their highest potential as athletes and students of life. We put leadership principles to work, teaching strong moral values, character, academics and service on and off the court. Through teamwork and competition, our students learn and practice skills to hone their athleticism and social development. From beginner to advanced, our programs offer skills and experience that help student athletes excel.

Elite level personal instruction. Some techniques take focused, accelerated, one-on-one instruction to master. Personal training can be used at any level to achieve your goals.
Shooting Coaching

Shooting Coaching

Correct your shooting technique. Improve shooting accuracy and adopt the right mindset required to perfect focus, accuracy and flexibility under pressure.
Footwork Focus

Footwork Focus

A key component that is often overlooked: understand when and how to use your jab/pump fake series, how to pivot properly to create space and create an advantage over defenders.
Ball Handling Drills

Ball Handling Drills

Ball control, good balance and the progress of movement will hone your passing, catching and manoeuvrability. Focus on the moves and techniques to execute in game-play.

A core component of our training curriculum these classes focus on foot speed, jumping, lateral movement and more. Push yourself to develop consistent and precise movements that will give you an edge.
